Amina Muaddi offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn footwear and accessories in their original packaging. Please ensure items are returned in pristine condition with all protective films and dust bags included.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to enter your order number and email address to initiate your request.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original designer box and secure them within the shipping carton, ensuring the pre-paid return label is clearly visible.

  Ship the Item

  Schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop off your package at the nearest authorized shipping point as specified in your return instructions.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for authenticity and condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
